Hard to apply and takes several layers – You get what you pay for with this eyeliner. It is goopy, and the glitter to liquid ratio is off so you get more clear liquid then glitter. It is very hard to apply because of its consistency and takes several layers to get the glitter to cover. It does stay on, which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars.

Amazing – This is an amazing eyeliner! One of my new favorites! It can be a little gloopy and come out in globs, so I’d recommend taking off the excess on the rim of the bottle (like how you would with nail polish so you don’t get too much), and apply in layers as needed (I usually only need two depending on how many sparkles I take off the brush). I usually only do the outer half of my upper lash line because it provides a contrast to my mascara and makes my eyes pop. there can be fallout (after hours of wear), so either an eyeshadow or glitter primer or setting spray will help.
