Was excited but very disappointed! Got a open/used package! – I was excited for this product but will be returning as mines came looking like it’s been opened and used. Supposed to have 12 pencils only got 10, missing 1 dark brown and 1 black. Missing a cap on one of them and missing the free sharpening blades. Disappointing! Hope for better luck next time.

These are great they last all day without smudging – These are a great value you get a ton of pencils plus a razor to sharpen them with. They last all day without smudging, and the pencil lasts a long time it’s quite long.

Great Pencils for the Price – I bought these eyebrow pencils because I saw them being used on Instagram on a variety of people. I love the fact that you get 12 pencils in a variety of colors, the pencils are waterproof, you don’t have to use a sharpener to shave the pencils down, and that you can shave the tip to whatever shape or sharpness that you prefer. The finished product is lightweight, non-waxy, and stays put in the summer heat. You can create a lighter eyebrow hue or a deeper hue depending on how you prefer your eyebrows (light or dark), so this product is buildable. I have not tried the pencils in a pool setting but have gotten into the shower with them on full pressure and my eyebrows have stayed on but you will also need a little more pressure to remove the pencil drawings from your skin. For those, like myself, that struggle with thin eyebrows, this is a huge plus! With that being said, I do love this product and it has been a great addition to my makeup items.

Hair strokes – If you shave this pencil correctly, nothing else will give you more realistic hair strokes. I used to be that person with thick, solid black eyebrows completely oblivious to how horrid I looked; likened to a dollar bin groucho marks on bath salts. Since I found these over a year and a half ago, I have actual hair strokes that look like the real thing. I get compliments all the time, and when I tell people it’s pencil they always lean in closely to inspect lol. Make sure you are not sweating or wet when you put this on. Sweat itself won’t take them off completely, but one absent-minded swipe of the brow while sweating will have you walking around as half-brow Harriet the rest of the day. Lastly, don’t get lazy like I do and try to use the pencil multiple times on one sharpening. Sharpen before each use and you’ll get good hair strokes every time. I would even suggest touching up in between the left and right side.

The colors in the pictures are not the same colors that come in the box – These are definitely not smudge-proof, the pictures showed gray pencils, black pencils, brown, and dark brown. The only pencils that came in my box were black, gray, and brown. Some of the brown pencils appear to look a little bit lighter but they also are the driest ones and you have to press down really hard to get any kind of pigment out of them, they’re not as waxy as the other ones, they’re pretty dry. They do come with two small blades so you can sharpen the pencils, so that’s nice. They’re very long pencils so they’ll last a long time and for the price they’re not bad, but what came in the box isn’t what’s shown in the pictures.
