it’s very greasy and doesn’t stay on – this is definitely not quality makeup. I should have known by the price. At the party, I had to wash it all off because it was burning my skin. I would not recommend this to anyone. However, the colors were good for a lion face…it’s just that you had to put a TON on for it to be good pigment. Disappointed.

This makeup kit is reasonably priced and is good quality. I used it to create a cowardly … – This makeup kit is reasonably priced and is good quality. I used it to create a cowardly lion look to go along with my costume for a wizard of oz themed halloween. While i would not refer to this makeup kit as “professional”, the makeup was still easy to apply and stayed on through a night of drinking and celebration. Despite sweating and touching my face several times the makeup stayed completely on and did not smear as much as I thought it would.

Not worth the money. – There are a lot of colors, I give it props for that. However, I used it once for a test run of my Halloween costume, and not only did I still have to buy red eyeshadow because the back of the packaging says that the red color could not be used around eyes (I wouldn’t have bought the palette if it said that somewhere on the listing), but the white I used on my face got all over the collar of my costume and the top of my bowtie. I had to spend a good hour and a half soaking and scrubbing it off of everything. Didn’t use it for actual Halloween. Also took an additional week to show up which gave me about three days to buy the replacement makeup. It also was a pain to apply, and made me smell like crayons. Not worth the money.

As described – I am using this make-up for a deer costume. The colors will work very well for my needs. I have done a practice and the stuff goes on my face well, good colors. It wiped off easily with a facial wipe. I preferred using my fingers over the small applicator. Probably because I need to do big areas of my face. No complaints about the applicator though. It was good for the small lines. I actually like this kit because it has a cover!!! Most of the Halloween make-up in stores comes in the packaging and then I guess we’re just supposed to keep the packaging and sort of tape it closed again after use…? Well, this has a clear lid that you open and close. That is REALLY nice and will stay in good condition because it has that to stay together better. Thanks for a great product and fast shipping.
