I bought the baby pearl shade and it looks very natural and pretty with my fair skin. I would imagine it looks even more beautiful on darker skin tones. I prefer a subtle, natural look so this is perfect. If you want something that pops, I would advise using this as a base, and layering with another shadow. Five stars!
