It’s very neat! – I had some pressed eyeshadows that I had purchased and I was afraid they would get broken if I didn’t give them some protection. I happened to be on the Amazon site looking for something else and I saw this magnetic case! It is perfect for protecting my little pots of eyeshadow. It’s very sturdy so I can throw it in my bag or purse and I don’t have to worry about the makeup that’s in there. I can even put a couple of small brushes in there. What a good deal this purchase was and it even has a mirror!

Overall a win – Overall a really great magnetic palette. I actually think the mirror works well. My only issue was the palette is raised in one spot. Like a warp in the packaging. But for the price I didn’t feel like exchanging it. Works well so far

perfect for depotting! – okay so I’m just going to start this off with saying I love marble. I’ve purchased a ton of marble things off Amazon, and honestly I didn’t have too high hopes for this. I’d seen depotting videos on TikTok, and forever had wanted to depot my makeup into one container, just to make applying a little easier. When I stumbled on this marble palette, I read the reviews to see people saying the mirror wasn’t good quality, and that the palette itself was not durable due to it being cardboard. I almost didn’t buy it, but talked myself into it in addition to the “Fixy” makeup repair kit. It arrived super fast, but the reviews were right about the mirror. It does make your appearance look a little wonky and distorted, but can ultimately still use it. I was able to fit 4 large tins (47mm in size) and 12 small tins (27mm). The palette itself is kind of large, so it won’t fit in a small makeup bag less than 9/10 inches long but it is fairly thin. I personally love it, it works for me. I was able to fit all of my face contouring items, as well as all 12 of my Urban Decay 3 eyeshadows. However, I think if you’re traveling around a lot it may break over time. It doesn’t seem super sturdy, like it’ll bend without much force. It should hold up for 6 months or so I would think, but for $13.00 I will for sure be purchasing again. Also, be sure your tins are either magnetic, or you have magnetic strips! I highly recommend purchasing the fixy kit, the DIY with included tins seems very complicated. But to each their own, good luck!

MAKEUP out and available instantly! – Why haven’t I done this sooner? I used to take 6 different pallets out of the drawer each time. Watched a youtube video how to remove shadows from their containers and placed them into the this new magnetic palette holder and BAM! The only eyeshadow (my fav that was not magnetic was the single NYX shadow, no biggy a little dab of hot glue did it. Had enough room inside this palette to add doubles of fav’s. Glued little magnets to small eyeshadow brushes for emergency application.
