    Almay works on waterproof mascara – Almay takes off waterproof mascara, but in the past year or so they are using biodegradable pads and changed the formula. The product is very oily and the pads are scratchy. I still buy this because it works, but really liked the old formula better and wish they worked to make softer biodegradable pads.
