Smooth application; easy to remove with the right product – I’ve tried every mascara that has been invented. This Almay Mega Volume is the best! I have short lashes, and it makes the most of them. It goes on creamy smooth after one coat of any brand mascara primer and one coat only of Almay Mega Volume. It does not clump, flake, or transfer to lids. It is very easy to remove if you use Clinique Take the Day Off liquid eye makeup remover. I would have given it 5 stars, but like all reviewers, the brush is terrible. I have tried other Almay mascara with the hope they would use Mega Volume with a different brush. None of them have this creamy blackest black formula.

Almay Mascara – Love this mascara! Finally I found a mascara that does not make my eyes itch, swell or water. The new type of brush-I had to get used to, but now I find the brush makes it easier to make my lashes look fuller and longer. Will purchase this again!

hmmmm, I did not like the brush – It is a definate about mascara that the brush can make all the difference. This brush for me is just weird and uncomfortable. I gave it a shot several times and thought NOPE it just isn’t what I am use to or want. But then, that is me and someone else may love the brush! When it comes to mascara as I have gotten older my lashes are less and less and I find using a small thin kind of brush works best vs anything to thick big or weird….if I had all the money I have spent in my life on mascaras I could buy a house in Malibu with it….
