      Best Mascara remover! – I have been using Andrea Eye Q’s for as long as I can remember. They are soaked in mineral oil, and very gentle on my eyelashes – the mascara removes quite easily without tugging.

      Best eye makeup/mascara remover ever!! Love them!! – I love this product & have been using them for over 40 years!!! They remove any eye makeup I have ever used!! Yes, they are oily… the first ingredient is mineral oil! It is the oil that removes waterproof mascara. First I use a pad for removing my eye makeup/mascara then use a tissue to gently remove the oil & mascara then i wash my face with different facial cleanser. Everything comes off nicely & no oil is left. I would not recommend using these pads for removing face makeup as mineral oil can block your pores.
