Awesome…but needs time to dry – I’ve tried many eyeshadow primers…expensive and cheap. This primer is very modestly priced. It smooths out the skin on my slightly wrinkled eyelids, eyeshadows love it and do not crease even after a long day…5 stars for all of that for sure. But, here’s the one negative.. it goes on wet-ish and needs time to dry. I keep a small paper folding fan in my makeup bag and I use that on my face/eyes after I apply this. That really speeds up the drying time! However, because of that I can’t give this a pure 5 star rating. But it is awesome other than the drying time!!
