Bozo the Clown would love it but how drag queens work it for that glamorous, runway look…. – Bought this because the drag queens on youtube said it’d make me look glamorous but, clearly not the way I applied it. Yes, I looked like a clown. It really, really turns the face WHITE. So, it works! If you are hoping to add some highlighting to your face, look no further – you will be glowing, for long distances even!

Amazing – I ordered this for Halloween after trying terrible creme makeups. This makeup works great and has full coverage even when a thin layer is applied by patting it onto the face with your fingers. A little goes a long way as well, there is no way I will ever end up using the whole 3 oz container. I used corn starch baby powder over the makeup to set it in place and it worked well and felt comfortable to wear for a long time. As for the shipping it did not arrive by the estimated time but that was due to a shipping mistake on usps’s part (usps was awesome handling it) and was not the fault of the seller.

Love this for Cosplay – I have tried water based paints in the past and they never seem to last me during conventions. However this combined with the colorless powder this brand sells is amazing. That combo stayed on even though I was wearing a mask over it. I am beyond impressed.

GREAT PRODUCT no way I’m paying this much for it though – I bought this back in 2014 for our Halloween costumes, and have used it multiple times since, and still have some left. A little goes a long way. I was able to use this to cover my entire face, neck, arms, hands, as well as my husband’s entire head. I went very white with him, for a clown look, and a lighter look for myself for a ghostly look. Never cracked or smeared or smudged. This is really the best there is. However, now that I need to buy some more, I will NOT be buying it from Amazon. When I purchased it in 2014, this same exact size was $7.99 and is now $19.97??? I can go online and buy it from a stage makeup website for the same price I paid 3 years ago. No way I’m paying $20 for 3 ounces when I could go online and buy it for $8, or pay $22 for 16ounces.

Always a good purchase – I’ve been using Ben nye for a decade, swear by it. I highly recommend it to any new clowns, and well traveled alike. The product arrived pristine, and incredibly fast.

Not thick – When applying the cream, it is not pigmented at all . It also took off my red concealer that I use to color correct my brows.

Stinky but good – I used a beauty blender sponge to apply it to my son’s face so he could be the Joker. The product is a little thick but went on well. Good coverage. Seriously, a little goes a long way. We did his whole face and the jar still looks 100% full. Added red & blue water-based makeup on top with no problem. Overall, we are very pleased with this product, except for the smell. We could smell this paint the minute we opened the Amazon box. Hadn’t even opened the jar yet. Just touching the outer packaging to remove it from the box left a strong scent on my hands that doesn’t seem to wash off. My son says it smells like wheatgrass. I am not a fan.
