Pigmented and smells great – When trying on makeup, I always smell it for some reason. If it smelled chemically, then I wouldn’t use it. These products smelled nice and like their names (Aloe, Strawberry, Red Cherry). The colors were very pigmented and went nicely on.

The combo Product – This product is a break in treatment for dry, chapped lips in addition to being a tinted lipwear. It gives a beautiful smooth, natural glow while providing deep moisturizing for even lip that requires medical treatment from chaffing and peeling.

Lovely colors – the red rubs off – The two pink colors stain well, but the red is more of a lipstick, unless you do the apply/blot/apply/blot method a few times. Even then, it will transfer. But it’s a super hot color, and I love it.

Not as pictured – So I do happen to like this shade. It is not a magic changing lipstick as described and it isn’t as glossy/balmy/jammy as it’s depicted in the photos. It’s more just like a dark cherry lipstick. No frills

They do change color but man do they stink – It’s definitely not the worst, the color stains my lips for about the whole day even if I only put a bit on. They are cute but like I said they do stink, I can’t describe the smell it smells like those candy gummy bananas or peaches that never really taste good. They are cute but I can’t tell if the smell from wearing it gives me a headache or if it’s something else. The packaging is cute and so is the color but the smell just throws it off for me.

Mostly I Like It… – It’s moisturizing, altho it dries out sooner than I wish it would. But the color lingers pretty well, so I just add clear gloss or lip balm to my lips when they’ve become too dry & there’s still enough color left. The darker pink is a bit too intense, kinda too Barbie Doll pink, so I apply it very lightly &/or just add a very light coat of the orange to change up the intenseness of it. The light pink is almost too un-intense, if that makes sense. (A happy medium between the 2 pinks would’ve appealed more to me). The orange is pretty intense also, so I apply that very lightly or add some of the light pink to it to make it not SO orange. But everyone is different, so you just have to play around/experiment with the colors, which is kinda fun. So while not perfect, I’m giving the trio 4 stars instead of 5. I enjoy the challenge.

Very moisturizing, soft color, but not plumping – I know it’s called lipstick, but it’s more of a tinted lip balm – except more moisturizing than the typical lip balm. In the picture, you can see the color change is minor (you can make it more pronounced by adding more layers of it), but it’s perfect for when you don’t really want to wear makeup but you want a little color so you don’t look dead. It has a funny taste to it if you lick your lips, but I think it’s just the aloe vera taste. Anywho, my young daughters like these too because they feel like they’re wearing real lipstick, but it doesn’t give Dad a heart attack like it would if they were wearing real makeup. 😉
