Not remotely as described – I ordered this because, in addition to the translucent powder, it supposedly also came in a decorative container and had a pleasant rose scent. The container is nothing like depicted, it’s basically a metal can. As for the powder, there is no detectable scent whatsoever. Too much trouble to send back, but would like to warn others and certainly would never buy again.

Good purchase – To be honest, this is my first powder, so I don’t know if there are better ones out there, but I liked this product. I use it occasionally, and I never had any irritation or breakouts so far. It gives minimal coverage and I wouldn’t say it lasts very long, it depends on your skin and the climate in your region, but my combination skin stays matte for several hours. When a little shine appears, I just pat the skin with a tissue without re-applying the powder, and it looks good again. I would recommend this product, though the shipping took way too long.

A real little gem! – This lovely powder keeps my uber-oily skin under control for at least 8 hours. The scent is fresh and light, not heavy and sweet. I don’t use a brush to buff it on, rather i use the puff and press it into my skin either just over moisturizer or as a setting powder on top of foundation. It’s white, but manages somehow to not leave a ghostly caste on top of makeup.

I got this after one of my favourite youtuber’s were raving about how great it performed, so I did a bit of research and decided to give it a go. I initially applied it with powder brush, but the bristles were too harsh (my skin must be over-sensitised ever since I started applying and removing makeup) so I ended using the powder puff provided. The rose fragrance is medium in strength, not too subtle, but not too strong. It kind of reminds me of potpourri. But in a good way. The fragrance doesn’t carry onto the skin if you’re worried about that. In regards to packaging, the metal case screws open and closed, making it extra secure so you don’t need to worry about it popping open in your bag.
