Thought it was broken – I went to use it for the first time, and I must have twisted it 50 times. I thought it was broken. But then I noticed it started to come up and out. The amount of product in the tube is much less than it appears so it is deceiving to your eye.

It is not perfect but I am old enough not to expect perfection. I did have a difficult time opening the product but maybe it was just me. I will buy it again.
