Primer is a must. – Using primer first is a must. A layer to protect your pores and the finish is even and bright. If you use make up this is part of the process. This also helps all day wear.

I’m only deducting one star because it doesn’t really do anything for neutralization, but it makes my skin insanely soft and helps foundation go on smooth as silk.
