Great inexpensive brow pencil – I like this formula of brow pencil- I prefer a little resistance, for the pencil to not be too soft. I load my brow area w/rice powder before applying, I find it gives the most natural looking finish and helps the pencil really grip your brow hairs. The spoolie is necessary to finish off great brows. My only complaint is there should be a light brown color. Taupe is too light and medium brown too dark, so I use this in conjunction with a lighter pencil for a multidimensional finish.

Too Hard – I used to buy these 20 years ago and remember the pencil being softer. This is to hard for me. I loved the eye pencil too. Over 20 years I always said wet n wild had the Best Eye Liner Pencil, but I can’t find it anymore. : (

Good for the price – Sometimes is difficult to apply if there is any foundation over your eyebrows. It is very hard and i have to sometimes run the tip through a lighter to get it to soften. Overall, gets the job done.

My New Favorite Brow Pencil! – So check this out. I have very oily skin so I have to make sure I wash my face with oil free facial cleanser every morning. Anyway, this brow pencil rocks. I barely have brows and sadly, I have to draw it in for the rest of my life. The brow liner doesn’t smudge nor go on smooth, which is fine for me because it gives me more control when I shape and color in my brows. As I mentioned in the beginning, I have oily skin and finding the perfect brow liner/gel is very challenging. This liner works perfect and it lasts the whole day.
