Works fine, purple is not very old – This eyeshadow is fine for a basic quality and great for the price. I ordered it mostly for the purple shade to use in the center and the inner corner of my lids as I have hooded eyelids. It was a little too matte and pastel for what I wanted, I prefer a little shine. It goes on a little sheer and a little plain for me. I use a lid lockup so without that I couldn’t say, but it seemed to last just fine.
