Very pigmented! – Very nice highlighter but it smudges

Shiny – The highlighter is good I guess, but I wouldn’t but again. I like to put it in the corner of my eyes and it’s so powdery and irritating to my eye, no other highlighter has done that to me. The box also came pretty damaged but the highlighter was good. Its really powdery and messy and it over blends. Don’t recommend.

Highlighter gets great; packaging flimsy af – It’s ridiculously hard to find a true white highlighter and I gambled on this: it DOES have glitter but only on the top layer. Later, it wears through and you get a lovely pure light gleam where this is applied, like ground moonlight. However, it also DOES have mineral oil which causes me to break out usually. Either because I put this on last on top of my regular oil-free face powder or because it is truly a small amount, this hasn’t made me erupt in my own special little archipelagos. Regardless, the packaging is paper thin plastic that feels like it would crack the first time you put in in your purse. All in all, not bad but for the packaging.
