Once you tried this, there is no going back! – Can’t live without it now. It doesn’t dry my skin like how other translucent powder does. I’ve tried korean, MAC etc. I would still have the dry skin problem. Not this baby! I pray that this company will live on even after I die

Smoothest setting powder EVER – This makes your skin feel soooo silky (literally), smooths texture like wrinkles and pores and makes even full coverage liquid foundation look so natural and skin like. A new staple for me.

The best face powder you’ll ever use! – This face powder is hands down the best you’ll ever use, and it’s an insiders makeup artist secret. It’s made from crushed silk, and it’s good for your skin- you can sleep with on and your skin won’t mind. Most importantly, it gives your skin a pore less, smooth look, better than anything you’ve tried. I used Aubrey Organics silken earth forever until they stopped making it. The ingredients were primarily silk powder and a bit of cinnamon powder for color and a nice scent. If you like cinnamon, I recommend putting a half teaspoon or so into the package and shaking it up. I take a spoon and fill an empty powder container or a small jar. You can use a good face brush and you’re all set. This is fantastic stuff!

It did exactly what I wanted when added to a shampoo formula – It accomplished what I wanted for a DIY shampoo. Reduced gumminess of the coconut castle soap and left hair easy to manage. Still has a slightly off “bug” odor, but what would you expect from any silkworm. I think next time I will try hydrolyzed silk protein or silk peptides (smaller particles) and more water soluble.

Not blowing me away. – Yeah, it’s inexpensive, but I guess I was expecting something a little more exciting in “silk” powder. Makes my skin very flat and matte. Too matte for me. Didn’t seem especially flat. Corn starch would give about the same effect.
