Smells so nice and feels great – Initial impression is that is smells really nice and feels very soft and creamy. Unfortunately that makes it a little tough to use as a primer. I found it to be a bit tacky for using right away and my foundation creased more. I tried another spot and left it on for 10-15 minutes before trying to layer foundation and that worked much better. The area was softer and ready to accept the makeup at that point. Personally I don’t really have time to wait for that long, but otherwise no real complaints. It did eventually perform well. It comes in a very beautiful box and looks and smells very upscale.

Nice Smell – This is the first face primer I have used, so I didn’t know what to expect. It is not thick and cakey like I anticipated. It is thinner, more like a face moisturizer, and has a light tint to it. The first few times I used it, I didn’t let it dry first, so my makeup didn’t go on well and looked caked, accenting creases in the skin. However, when I let it dry first, it becomes the perfect base whether I use foundation or just powder. It doesn’t moisturize, but it doesn’t dry out my skin either, and it has a pleasant smell.

A decent primer – This is a decent primer (I got the one for dry skin) from China that seems to work as intended. While it does not last on me the 10-12 hours as suggested, none ever do and this does not seem any worse. It has a neutral smell, and goes on with a slight tint that fades to clear after a few minutes (but that first look is scary, as it is almost white. While not luxurious feeling at all, it has a slight tackiness to it, but eventually becomes smoother. Makeup goes on smoothly afterward, and does not seem to settle into lines or “pill off” afterward.

It’s a primer. – This primer is pretty good, it had a nice consistency and left my skin glowy (I chose the one for dry skin). The first time I used it I had my skincare products on underneath and it cause the primer to pill up pretty bad so I washed my face and started over. It worked better on its own. It blurred my pores pretty well but I can still see my skin texture underneath at first I thought it did a really good job at preventing creasing under my eyes, however after about an hour I noticed the creases were there as usual- nothing too crazy or dramatic but it does not hide fine lines/wrinkles like other primers I have.
