Best eyeliner for lower lash line – I like to have a thin diffused line on my lower lash line, and this works better than anything I have tried at any price. The little smudger is the best, the liner itself smudges well without getting messy and once it sets it does not move. I love the brown and the black, the only improvement I’d ask for is more shades.

Not at all what I expected. Not user friendly – This wasn’t expensive but I can’t use it it’s very hard to apply not gel like at all it’s a rigid soft pencil that isn’t easy to apple.
