Sticky feel – I do not like that it makes my face feel sticky, it breaks me out each time. Organic product but It is a no for me.

Very little coverage – I like this brand because it is non toxic. This primer is more of a lightweight moisturizer than a primer. The color is so sheer that it just adds a little tiny brightness to my skin.

Uses micro-glitter, Feels sticky and heavy on skin – Product advertised ‘ a glowing primer’, and it does have some of the shimmer/glow I was looking for, but I wasn’t thrilled with the micro-glitter. Skin ends up sparkling, which has its place in makeup, but I was hoping for something I could wear on the daily. Not sheer, its tinted. Product left skin feeling sticky, didn’t appear as if it added anything to overall makeup routine.

Great primer! – This is the best primer I’ve found! My skin is dry. It’s hydrating and It makes my skin feel smooth and it’s glowy. Not overly shiny but makes your skin look healthy. It also does blur fine lines. I’ve tried sooo many primers and finally found my “go to”. My search for my perfect primer is over! Thank you Honest Beauty!

I love this primer! – I wear very expensive makeup because over time, I’ve just found it’s worth it for me. I have never heard of Honest Beauty but I figured it didn’t hurt to give them a try. The one thing I’ve struggled to find is a good makeup primer that I like. They’re typically pretty expensive and none of them have really made me happy. I’ve tried all the big brands: MAC, Urban Decay, Smashbox, Benefit, Too Faced, Tarte, MUFE, Clinique…you get the idea. I finally just stopped using them because I wasn’t impressed with any of them for the price. I also don’t think I’m a fan of the ones that are silicone based. They feel ok going on but I don’t think they’re special and honestly not worth the money.
