Bought these to replace some Laura Mercier puffs, work great – These puffs are softer in texture than they appear in the photos shown in the item listing, they feel like very soft smooth velour. I bought them to replace several Laura Mercier puffs that had seen better days, and they work just fine. I do have to work my powder into these new puffs a little more than with my old ones, otherwise the powder just sits on top of the puff’s surface and ends up falling off when I go to put it on my face. To do this, I get some powder on the puff, fold it up like a taco, then rub the sides together to really work the powder into the puff, then press the puff all over my face.

Annoying fuzz balls – I’ve literally put these through the wash in a little mesh bag and they still have a ton of fuzz that comes off so any time you use it it gets all over your face and hands and just isn’t fun, was cheap though
