BEST – I got this in an Ipsy box and it was so good I purchased it again. Draw with the tip/point down and you’ve got a solid eyeliner all day long. I’ve worn this boating/tubing (literally thrown in water or sprayed in the face) and it has lasted like I just put it on.

Dried up – I first tried this eyeliner when I received it from an Ipsy subscription and I loved it, but unfortunately when I purchased it here, it was a bit dried out. I did shake it, tried every tip and trick out there and it’s still a bit dried out. A little disappointing

stays wear you put it. – I have heavy hooded eyes. Which means eyeliner and eye shadow (even with primer underneath) gets transferred to my upper eye “hooded area”. Until I started using this Kaleio Obsidian Waterproof Eyeliner. I first received this product in an IPSY monthly sample bag. I was shocked when I wasn’t having to clean my upper eye lid from the eyeliner line that would transfer throughout the day. I’ve been using this product on my upper lid for over a year now and I NEVER have to clean my lids off. This is my one beauty product I can’t live without.
