Easy to draw a sharp line, stays on well without smudging – I’ve used so many eyeliners, trying to find the perfect one that creates sharp lines, dries quickly and stays on until I remove it with my eye makeup remover…Well….I have finally found it! My fave liner before this one was the Il Makiage Black Card. The only gripe I have with that liner is that it ran out too fast. I haven’t used this one long enough to know if it’ll run out fast, but so far it is an excellent liner. I can put on my liner, wait for it to dry and then use my eyelash curler and it won’t budge at all. Every other liner I’ve used either fades some or flakes off in a few spots and I have to re-line my eyes.
