100% Best eyeliner ever!! – I have always had trouble with eyeliner running or smudging even the waterproof…or if you find a waterproof that doesn’t smudge it would start to flake after awhile…This is hands down the best eyeliner I have ever tried…it stays perfect in place no smudging or running and I can have perfect cat eye makeup all day …and I totally fell asleep and woke up with it still looking good just needed a little touch up (not one of my better nights lol) but the eyeliner held up great

Outstanding customer service – This is my favorite liquid eyeliner- the fine tip makes for excellent precision, its affordably priced, and it lasts all day long. I teach water aerobics and instruct group fitness; despite working in a humid environment and getting sweaty during the day, this eyeliner truly lasts and does not smudge. I had bought 3 of these eyeliners recently and 2 of them were defective (not typical in my experience); however, Kokie quickly sent me replacements. I am pleased and impressed with the customer service and will continue to purchase these eyeliners.

I line my top lash line before mascara – with other eyeliners I’ve tried, I always end up with weird smudge marks on the crease of my eyelids after about an hour somehow.
