Changed Formula? – As someone mentioned recently, I’ve been ordering this eyeliner for years and my most recent purchase is different. I could wear this eyeliner all day and I would never have smudges. This recent eyeliner pen smudges on my eyelid crease like crazy! Not sure if the formula is different or maybe I got a dud.

Would Order Again – This one is good …ordering again. Ordered different brand last time, package sealed & everything….but was Dry as bone. Have this one for 3 weeks ..easy to apply.

Honestly, the best liner I’ve come across so far – I just randomly try out different brands of eyeliners, varies in price range and just hope for the best. Most have worked out okay. But I have to say this one goes on really nicely! I’m kind of impressed. I like how easy this is to hold and apply. The angled tip makes doing the wings super easy and I don’t have to go over it too many times to show up very noticeably. I will definitely be repurchasing when mine runs out.
