      Glides on smoothly. – Great liner. I’ve used this color and pencil for years.

      Great Eye Pencil – This is a great eye pencil. It goes on easy, stays on well and has a vibrant color. I only gave it 4 stars because it splinters. I wish they would put the coloring in a plastic housing. I’m always worried I’m going to get a splinter in my eye.
