Very pigmented – It’s very drying so don’t even attempt to wear it by itself but slay with gloss. I literally just make a dote in middle of my upper lip, put gloss all over my bottom lip and then mix them. Works well that way but doesn’t work by itself. Personally like it

It took a decent amount of time for it to dry after applying, and there was still some transfer, but minimal smudging and overall funtioned well for what he needed it to do.
