It does tend to feel a little sticky/gummy around the creases, but I’ve found that putting a thin layer of powder on top prevents this. I can’t remember if this was marked as “waterproof” but it definitely seems to be. My normal makeup remover wipes don’t work at all; I have to use micellar water for removal. The only negative is how quickly the tube runs out.
