This stuff is great! It holds well without damaging or drying your eyelids – I would seriously consider using this to apply any sparkly eyeshadow or other product like glitter. This is a non-damaging, non-destructive clear gel-like product that almost feels like a moisturizer. It might not be very tacky, but one thing about glitter is that you don’t necessarily want the primer to be dry or crunchy. You also don’t want it to be oily or creamy so it might bleed a little if there is some Iridescence. I don’t use chunky glitters but recently I’ve ordered a few that are more than what I am used to. For the holidays, especially Halloween, I can see at my age at least a few sparkly glitter chunks near my lash line. I like the bling as long as it’s a bit subtle for an old lady of age 68. Some women cannot pull it off but in some cases I can depending on what I wear. The problem I have with glitters aside from the too much bling thing is that it falls under my eyes and pieces might settle near my dark circles. So that’s why I got this product. It is not expensive, and it works pretty well. I do think something more gel-like than this moisturizing one would work the best. Good for your dollar this is going to create a happy medium. just use a moderate amount and my advice is to use glitter with the less is more rule in mind. As for body glitter, I recommend spray glitters. This might make a good gift in tandem with some glitters. That would make a great presentation. This tube is small and the product you need might be very little. The box it comes in is pretty; somewhat like a lipstick box. I also recommend setting spray. It is just as important to seal your make up application as it is to prime for it. Those don’t cost very much if you get a moderate brand. I don’t use much setting spray so I always have some on hand. For this purpose I would use a couple of coats. For this price there is not much to lose. This is kind to your eyelids and I do not have any irritation from wearing this. I would do a test patch just to make sure prior to going out looking amazing.

Works but peels up quickly – This listing is for an entire pack of clear gel meant for putting loose glitter on so it can safely adhere to your skin. Now I will say this was very easy to apply. It dried slowly, allowing time to add the glitter before it dries. It did not cause any irritation to my sensitive skin so for that I am thankful. My only complaint is that it starts peeling up on the edges from the moment it dries. If you place your glitter strategically then you might not notice it but for me it was pretty obvious. I had clean skin no oils or lotions on so it shouldn’t have peeled up like that but it is a guessing game to which products will work on your skin or not. Overall it’s not the worst product but it is also not the best. I would likely look elsewhere next time I’m in need.

Clear Glitter Primer – Use a very thin layer, it will take forever to dry. I used it with a chunky glitter and it stayed all night. Washes away with soap and water. Simple enough to use

cool idea – This product does make cleaning up glitter makeup especially around the eyes both safer and easier (safer because it is less likely to travel and get little glitter pieces into your eyes if you have this stuff holding the glitter in place). I used to use burts bees lip balm to hold my glitter and it did work but this works much better.

Clear Elmer’s glue works the same – We used this product first 8do mermaid scales but the second night switched to clear glue from Elmer’s and it worked better

Glitter sticks decently to it! – I was definitely a little confused when ordering this lol. I thought I was ordering like a sparkly primer. So after getting it and putting it all over my face did I realize it’s a glitter glue basically lol.
