Not very effective at removing eye make up & irritates eyes – First of all, I really wanted to like it. But unfortunately, this eye make up remover is not very effective at removing eye make up. Really need to wipe the eyes many times to get mascara off. Also, if you have sensitive eyes- it’s does sting a little bit and makes eyes tear up, until all residue is removed with additional cotton rounds.

great to remove eye makeup -especially for my aging skin – I am now 45! yikes! my eyelids get very irritated now with regular eye make-up remover. My eyelids often get dry from stuff such as micellar water/oil whatever that stuff is….& cannot use it anymore. Found this stuff and it’s great. no irritation. I wash my hands & put some on my finger then rub gently downwards on my eyelashes & then gently wipe with a cotton round then use a warm washcloth to remove the leftover & then wash my face. very good stuff. will buy again

Liked it initially but caused irritation – I really like lotion type eye makeup remover, so initially I thought this stuff was great. Over time though I noticed I was developing red dry patches under my eyes that I have never had before. I hadn’t changed anything else about my skincare routine so I think this is the culprit. Bummed, because I really liked it otherwise

The BEST eye makeup remover I was told was discontinued by Ulta, we meet again! SO happy ! – I used to use this stuff nightly to remove stubborn eye makeup, then one day I went into Ulta, and POOF, it was gone . I loved it so. I tried philosophy, but even at a much higher price tag, nothing compared. The question is, why did I believe the lady who told me it’s discontinued and NOT at least try Amazon until now? I’m virtually slapping myself in the face right now .
