Not makeup – It smelled quite nice, went on thick but smooth. It softened my skin. I’m a redhead and fair-skinned. There was little, if any, color change from the white that comes out of the tube. It might be a nice moisturizer, but I trashed it. I needed makeup, not moisturizer.
