      Perfect waterline pencil! – Makes a perfect eyeliner pencil. Highly recommend.

      Good the 4 times I was able to use – The eyeliner itself was great. Goes on smoothly and with a rich color. It did transfer some under the eye throughout the day. After the 4th wear, I twisted for more product and there was none. I don’t know if my product was defective, but there was no product in the tube at at now matter how I twisted.
