Container feels empty – I have bought different colors of these in the past, the color slides on easily. This particular feels like I have to fight to even get a shimmer on my eyelid.

It’s a pump – You have to pump a few times and it’s easy to bread cuz handle is longer than product. I bought this because Bethany Frankel previewed it and the color looked good. I got the intense color the first time I opened but then after it felt very dry and smudgy. It could have been my fault because I think it’s a pump and I didn’t pump it before I broke it by opening the wrong end. So I would try it again to make sure because if the pump works and the color is intense as well as you can use less pumps for a lighter look, then it would be great. But I broke it because it wasn’t intuitive to have more handle than product.

Great for a quick, blended looking lash line instead of eye pencil, but not a lot of product. – I always buy it in the color Tempt, which is a beautiful medium burgundy. Eye pencils and crayons never work for my lower lash line, the pigment melts, clumps and smudges away. So to get an easy, soft blended looking lower lash line I use this instead of powder shadow and a brush. It’s quick, easy and lasts longer than most pencils on me – plus it looks nice every time. Also great for a touch up if you keep it on your bag or pocket. I wouldn’t use it all over the lid, it’s not really suited for that, but as an eyeliner type product it’s great.

Hardly any product comes out – Feels empty had to roll the brush tip around inside tube to try and get more product barely any came out. Believe it’s a design issue, powder dries out. Liked the color though but too faint

Not much product! – I purchased this because Bethenny Frankel recommended it and I trust her and she gave a fair review because she just tried it a couple times. I ordered it in Crave and the dark blue. The crave was perfection. it’s a medium neutral matte brown in color but somehow it has a satin finish or feels like a satin new product when applying. It went on like a dream and was so easy to use and I found that it was the only shadow I needed other than some thing under my brow bone and I could define my hooded eyes so well. it looks beautiful. When I went to use it for the third time I noticed I couldn’t get much product out and then the fourth and fifth time there was barely any product left. Either the wand doesn’t go down far enough to reach the product or there wasn’t much product to begin with. I heard someone else say that you have to pump the product but there’s no way to pump it as there is no spring on the Or give to allow you to get down to the product that’s at the bottom of the tube. I just tried the blue one the other day and it was gorgeous on my eyes and did exactly what I wanted it to do. It was very easy to use but by the end of the day it was dry and crumbly at the corners. Maybe I put too much on in that area, but still. I wanted to be able to accentuate the outer corner more. I noticed the price went up because I got it for under six dollars and now it’s up to $10 I think due to Bethenny‘s recommendation. I don’t know if I got an old product because that can happen here and I might be willing to give it another try if I bought it in the store. That’s my experience with it. I haven’t use the blue one to know whether that one will have as little product in it as the Krave color. I don’t think I would purchase it from Amazon again.

Well I guess this is exactly the color of my skin – I was hoping for a eyeshadow color to subtly compliment my eye color. This shade (Charm) looks perfect on the models – shocking, I know. Unfortunately I am very pale with pink undertones so this ended up being the exact shade of my eyelids. I wasn’t expecting that. But it is very easy to use for someone like me who wants to spend exactly 12 seconds on makeup. This shade will just have to go in the back of the drawer.
