Eureka! High Quality Makeup That is Affordable! – This “rose red” creme rouge looks like it would be clown-makeup, but what you are seeing is a high level of pigments. It looks very natural when applied very sparingly. I have found that a dab of this cheek color on the lips with lip balm on top works great and lasts quite well. (I did not like any of their lip colors.)
