Not pigmented great. Hard. – The crayon is not soft so you have to press hard on the eye and it’s not bright great colors. All of them seemed to be the same color. Disappointment

Not much Neon color – I wanted color to POP! So I bought these neon color eyeshadow pencils because they are easy to apply. Unfortunately, the colors were soft, even the brightest neon yellow. Get eyeshadow and layer it. Even layering the crayons did not result in the effect I was looking for. Great colors though if you are looking for subtle shading of colors though. One crayon was broken.
