Great eyeliner – I have epiphora, aka watery eyes. So finding an eyeliner that can last thru all my tears during a day is no small feat. I apply as usual. Wait 30 seconds for it to dry. Then I pat a little setting powder on my eyelids. Then, mascara. I may need to put a little more powder on my lids at noon, but only if it’s a warm, humid day. I’m good for the whole day. No smudge or fading. Very impressive. I remove with CeraVe Cleansing Balm. I love this. Have been using for just over a year. I had given up on eyeliner for 3 years because none would stay thru the tears on my lashes. This is a big win for me.

Great Eyeliner! – I have used Neutrogena eyeliners for years. They do not make my eyes water. They go on smooth and soft enough you don’t feel like you’re tearing your eyelids when applying. Most displays are only carrying brown and black. As an ash blonde I like to use the grey as it’s not as harsh as the black. Now I need to find the dark navy and the plum.

Then I use a little finishing powder on my lids. My shadow and liner last all day. Even tho I have watery eyes. Comes off easily with cleansing balm. Good price. Quick delivery.
