Perfect blue! – Omg! I have been searching for a blue shadow that does not look clownish on my fair skin! This will create a muted blue smokey look to the eye! Looks perfect used alone with a highlighter! I’m not sure about the color payoff for med skin tones but for fair skin ,it’s a must have! Makes my brown eyes really pop! Love it!
