Fun applicator – I will say that I really love the color and the formula has great coverage, but if your lips are dry it will really accentuate that. I recommend exfoliating your lips before using it!

Feels great on with a nice powdery finish – I don’t like shiny lip products, I’m always looking for nice matte lipsticks. I want them to be obvious but not garish. This definitely does the job. Dries to a nice matte finish after a minute and I love the applicator, it looks like a sponge which allows you to have more control over how much you apply. The only thing you have to watch out for is applying it without exfoliating your lips first. Mine were slightly chapped and the first application wasn’t great but after that no problem. I also made the mistake of getting the puppy love which just doesn’t look great with my skintone so I will be ordering a darker shade but the overall formula and texture is great.

Excellent formula for a powder-matte lip tint, but shades are off – All of the colors are pinker and cooler than the official photos. I bought two shades, Pop Quiz and Teacher’s Pet. Pop Quiz looks like a standard berry red, but it’s very much a dark rosy shade that I just can’t wear without looking crazy. Teacher’s Pet looks amazing on me, but it’s a peachy-pink nude on me rather than a warm terracotta.

Great Customer Service, Beautiful shade, No safety seal (but you can tell it hasn’t been used) – I was sent the wrong shade originally (I ordered best buds and got sent pop quiz, which idk how you make that mistake), but they immediately corrected it and very shortly I received the proper shade and was allowed to keep the original. I noticed immediately the lack of safety plastic, but there is a clear way to tell it’s unused at least product wise as the first time you have to press for a few good seconds before you feel product begin to seep into the sponge, so I assume you are breaking some internal seal. Also, if the puff isn’t white when you receive it (pure white – not even some color coming from the inside), it has been used. Both I was sent were entirely unused and I felt no worry about tampering. If you did you could sanitize the tip in a uv sanitizer or with alcohol and let dry fully before breaking the seal and applying.
