Markers – So its not exactly eye liner and more a marker which in my case was fantastic because makers are easier to use the only suggestion i have if you do buy this product is to apply multiple coats like 2-3 depending on the color and how vibrant you want it but otherwise it works and all the colors are accurate

Not waterproof at all but good anyway – Definitely not waterproof, but not horribly so. I was outside sweating like crazy and it didn’t take it off but it did spread out some. Not enough to be very noticable with the colors but would have been with the black. But it came off completely with just water so wouldn’t be ok in the pool. It dries very dry, like overly matte which can cause some cracks, and it dries very quickly so designs or anything dramatic are very difficult to do. For basic cat eye or as detail color they’re perfect. Also, they’re not labeled at all, just numbers on the bottom but no way to distinguish the colors without opening them all which is really annoying. Some of the colors almost have to be layered to get any decent pigment, the red, pink, orange, light blue, and the greens especially. I ended up mostly just using the black, dark blue and green because they have the best pigment out of all of them, the neons are pretty useless on my very fair skin but on darker skin they’re absolutely gorgeous. I’ve used most of them multiple times and my favorites many, many times and the tips have held up great, no fraying or leaking, no big blobs or dried up bits at all.

Stays in place no matter what – So starting with the reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars: 2 of the pens are just brown, the markers aren’t labeled with their colors and a few barely show up at all (yellows and orange dont show up around my eyes but could show on a different skin tone maybe?). Anyway, the colors that do go on and look good dont move for any reason. The first time I wore these out for a day, my fiance and I took a spur of the moment trip to a sculpture park and walked 5 miles in 90 degree weather in direct sunlight most of the tour. This was after a morning of fixing my own car in this eyeliner, by the way. When we got in our car to leave the park, I pulled down the mirror to see how things held up and nothing had moved even the slightest. The eyeliner looked exactly the same as when I put it on that morning. I was drenched in sweat but I was still rocking a bad bitch pink and black eyeliner look. You’d think after all that it would take a lot of rubbing and irritation to get it off. Nope! Came off almost immediately with micelar water. I got this set hoping to experiment a bit without buying anything particularly pricey and this set was well worth it!
