This product is amazing and cheap! – I am picky with eyeliner, and makeup in general. I like to line my waterline and inner eye with white, but most brands are too clumpy, not pigmented enough, or just don’t go on at all. I expected this to be a waste of money, but since it was so cheap I figured I’d try it. I am so glad I did! I have spent so much money on big brand name eyeliners, just to be disappointed every time. This product is the cheapest I have ever seen, and is by far my favorite!
