A bit dried out – I’m a huge fan of lip stain in a “marker” format. I hate lipstick because it winds up on my teeth and just about everywhere. Lip stain doesn’t do that. Unfortunately, the companies who sell the marker type are dwindling, so I snap them up when I find them for a decent price. This is a decent price, the color is nice, and it would be 10 stars if the “marker” didn’t seem to be dried out. If everyone would buy these, maybe more companies would go back to offering them. You just carefully and precisely outline your lips, fill in the rest, let it dry for a few seconds, and then slick on some clear gloss. Perfect product, except for the dryness.
