Not Red – I purchased this color because I wanted a deep red that wasn’t fire truck bright red. This color has a purple hue rather than red. I would describe it as a rust/burgundy- brown when the light is on it with lots of shimmer.

It’s more of a pink color on white skin, it’s not red. – I was excited about this product when I ordered it. However I was super disappointed when I received it. It’s supposed to be a Rose Red and the image shown is exactly that. It’s red with a rose tint but it shows red. The shadow I received is pink, not red by any stretch and pink looks childish on pale white skin. I will say that the quality of the case and the ease of application are outstanding, it’s a quality shadow for sure. I just wish the color had been a true Red. If you can sport pink on your skin color definitely buy it, it’s a good product.
