Smudge proof and lasts all day. – Great eye liner/kohl pencil. I use it every day and it gives me a really dark smudge-proof look. Its also easy to blend out with the smudger provided and easy to use as I don’t have to sharpen it. Overall highly recommend.

wow I’m impressed – I was looking for an inexpensive eyeliner smudge tool and this was the best price, it just so happened to have the eyeliner too. Wow was I surprised when I tried the eyeliner. It went on so smooth and smudged out so easily. It definitely stayed on all day and did not bleed or run. After trying so many high-end expensive eyeliners, I’m so happy I found this one. It really is one of the better ones I’ve tried for a fraction of the cost. Definitely recommend!

It’s ok…not blown away : ( – It goes on nicely enough, but at the end of the day (figuratively and literally) it leaves smudgy dark stuff under my eyes. Very disappointing since every other liner I own does the same thing and I expected more from Rimmel.

Does what it says even with watery allergy eyes – It works great, long lasting, doesn’t smear and is waterproof. The reason I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that I didn’t realize when I purchased it that it has a twist up feature of the liner pencil. I don’t care for this. I find if you press too hard when lining your lid as I have had pencils of this kind break in half. I also think that you don’t actually get that much product versus a regular crayon pencil that you just have to sharpen on your own with any eyeliner pencil sharpener (like their scandal eyes gel crayon) that does not twist up and is just a regular pencil eyeliner (but from which you still get the same results). It’s all just a matter of what type pencil you prefer, but I think that Rimmel has great eye makeup and the price is right.
