Perfect Color Poor Applicator – My favorite blue liquid liner from Sephora was discontinued and replaced with a new one that is much darker. This liner is a VERY close match to the old Sephora one. However, the applicator is crap. It’s weirdly still. It almost feels like a piece of cardboard that is coated with a liner. It is not as easy to control as you can with a brush or soft felt tip. It applies more liner and takes longer to dry. It is going to take some time to adjust to this new applicator, but it is worth it for the color.

Dry formula – The formula was really dry. Like I couldn’t slide it across my eyelid. I ended up putting a single (not more) drop of contact solution in the bottle and it helped a TON while keeping it super pigmented. I’m not sure if my bottle was old or if this is typical.
